Charges for parking even as a guest!!! An urgent need for better fire alarm protocols!!! The carpet needs replacing as it's coming up from floors!!! A lack of hooks or towel holders is puzzling!!! Shower head requires attention!!!

I almost thought of giving this place a good review, but with parking charges and the fire alarm blaring at 2am, it was impossible. the shower head was dirty and would not stay in place, i expected better for a hotel. An upgrade wouldve been nice too, given the lack of quality here.

The room had a good layout, allowing enough space for our family. We appreciated the quiet early in the evening, making it a nice place to unwind after our day out.

Unfortunately, we faced issues with noise from the room above, which disrupted our sleep. the room was smaller than expected, and privacy was compromised due to loud conversations outside.

I had a delightful stay at Serenity Hotel. The location was fantastic, just five minutes from both the beach and the city center. The room was clean and quite spacious, with a mini fridge that was a wonderful bonus to my stay.
